This spring, dive into the fascinating world of The Tree of Life and the incredible biodiversity that surrounds it! Trees do more than provide oxygen—they offer food, shelter, and help keep nature in balance. Explore their vital role in our local ecosystems and how they support life all around us.
Workshop Content
This interactive program offers a captivating educational experience designed especially for elementary students. Through games, hands-on activities, and group discussions, children will explore the invisible links between all living beings They will discover the tree of life, a network that sustains biodiversity across the planet.
For primary school students
A 2-hour workshop including a break
205 $ plus taxes par atelier
Includes facilitation and animation materials.
- Des frais de 0,52 $/km seront ajoutés dans un rayon de plus de 30 km de l’île Saint-Bernard.
- Un rabais de 20 $ par groupe est octroyé lorsque deux groupes d’une même école réservent l’activité dans la même journée.
Atelier financé par la Fondation TD des amis de l’environnement
Offered in March and April
- The workshop is offered to only one class at a time.
- A preparatory video for the activity is sent a few days before the workshop.
- A follow-up activity is offered to teachers to continue the learning in the classroom.
- The activity is designed to be interactive so that students can have fun while learning.
- If it is not possible to go to the schoolyard, the workshop can be held in the classroom.
